A little bit about Mr. NobleI was born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick. I am married and have three children; living in Whitehorse, YT. My first teaching experience brought me to the shores of the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut to the small community of Whale Cove. I spent 8 fantastic years there before moving to the Yukon in 2015. I have been teaching for 15 years and has been working in Carcross since 2016 as a teacher and Vice Principal.
I enjoy spending time outside with my friends and family. I enjoy camping, biking, hiking, golfing, canoeing and connecting with friends and family around the campfire. Finally, I have been working with a fantastic Educational Assistant since arriving in Carcross. Ms. Shirley (McKay) is a key part of our learning team and together we are working toward meeting the needs of all of our students as we prepare them for the next stages of their educational journey in high school. I respectfully acknowledge that I work within the traditional territory of the Carcross/Tagish First Nation in Carcross, YT. |
Who We Are |
For the 2021-22 school year, we have 13 students in grade 7 to 9. We have a small but diverse group of students who bring unique experiences to the classroom. We strive to incorporate the Virtues and Values of the Carcross/Tagish First Nation in all that we do. We will continue to work with members of the community so that we can have authentic and cultural relevant experiences as a part of our learning.
